On Thursday, August 8, 2013 a group about 50 players and families traveled to the Stub! Hub Center in Carson, CA to watch the Chivas USA first team practice before their game against the Colorado Rapids.
The South Valley Chivas group was given full and up close access to watch the Chivas USA first team practice. The majority of the Chivas USA first team training was based on working on tactical movement off the ball.
Players and their families were able to talk and get autographs from all the players and staff of the Chivas USA first team.
In the evening the South Valley Chivas group attended the Chivas USA development team practices which were held in Bell Garden.
