If you were recommended by someone who spoke to the South Valley Chivas Academy and didn’t get a chance to register please show up and check in with staff at the tryout.

| 3. Copy of Birth Certificate (Bring to tryout) | |
| 4. If under-aged, a parent must be present |
ATENTION: We are looking for players for National Teams so players who register for tryouts are expected to be elite players.
Before registering, please note the tryouts are for players born between 2002-2003.
A list of invited players will be posted on this website prior to the tryouts so please revisit this website in the days before the tryouts. PLEASE DON’T REGISTER MORE THAN ONCE.
